Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return parcel.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your charms in their original jewelry boxes and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
